Although the pickup was delayed due to bad weather and a breakdown and the drop off was hard to arrange because the driver was not accurate with his estimations and the contact person for the carrier was very difficult to reach....the BROKER was fabulous. She was very attentive and helpful and professional. I would use her again in a heartbeat but I would not use the carrier again.
