I am sorry that you were not happy with our services but I need to clarify some things that are totally untrue in which you stated. At the time you booked with our company you stated that you needed a 36 hour notice in which I tried to explain to you because you were in a very rural area that more than likely this may not be possible as stated in the terms and conditions that was sent to you by email. We did however find you a few carriers in which you told me that the day and times would not work for you and it was for exactly the amount in which we quoted you for $445. So for you to say that we asked for more money from you was totally NOT true and I think our ratings on here clearly speak for themselves from all of our previous customers. Our company has one of the lowest deposits in the industry so that may be why our quote was lower than most which is a good thing for our customers. Also when you booked with us I advised that I would call you as soon as I had a carrier for pickup for you in which I did several times. I also advised you that you could call me anytime for an update and you never called me once because I always return all of my customers calls promptly. Its very disheartening that you have chosen to leave a negative review based off of untrue facts when we continued to look for another transporter to help fit your needs.
