I contacted Auto Transport Connections on August 20th to transport my elderly mother's stranded, inoperable car from Virginia to Kentucky. Sherry promptly provided a very competitive price, which I accepted. She lined up a driver for pick-up within a few hours of our conversation. However, my mother passed away from a stroke on August 22nd. An in-law offered to transport the car himself and I have cancelled the order. Sherry has been very understanding of our situation, and I would use her services without hesitation.
