Outstanding service and experience!!! After feeling like I thoroughly researched companies, I initially selected another company based on size and years established to ship two vehicles. I was told it would be an easy process, especially transporting two cars at the same time. However, I quickly found out it means absolutely nothing when they took my deposit but failed to communicate for days after leaving several voice and emails.


I found Auto Transport Connections, LLC and called just to inquire about their shipping as my schedule for moving was now shortened to less than a week and my stress levels went through the roof. Sherry politely answered the phone; as I explained my situation she immediately said she would call dispatch and get back to me shortly. To my surprise, she called back with news that she found a carrier but this was my first experience and was not aware of all my options since I made a deposit with another company. Again, this is where Sherry rocks!!! She fully explained the entire process and what my options were with her company and the other, pricing, and showed great patience with me by answering every question I could think of.


Long story short, Sherry communicated with me throughout the entire process ultimately finding 3 carriers willing to ship my vehicles within two days of moving! She was extremely helpful the entire process providing all the information I needed to make the experience easy and less stressful. I can’t say enough how outstanding her customer service reflects on Auto Transport Connections, LLC.


The icing on the cake was the driver (Ivan) was able to deliver my car early… but again my hat goes off to the lady behind the scene and phone! Thank you soooo much Sherry and I will use you again the next time I need car transportation.

You were so great to work with and I never expected you to put so much time and effort into leaving me a review but its so greatly appreciated! I always try to make sure my customers know exactly how transports work so that there are no surprises and I'm glad you were so happy with my services.
