I was very pleased with the performance of Auto Transport Connections and the attention to detail by the service representative. She was very knowledgable, capable, and represented the company in a most professional manner. All correspondance was clear and concise with every detail covered and explained to me as a "first time" user of auto transportation services.
While my vehicle was in transit the service represenative kept me informed as to the status of transportation either by e-mail or phone. I was impressed that service was provided even with a 3 hour time differential.
I would not hesitate recommending this firm to others. Given the nature of the transportation I felt that the price negotiated was fair and resonable. Keep up the great work!
