Sam Mo will promised you everything and make other transport companies look bad, but once he gets your business, he leave you hanging. He's super rude and not helpful. The second person who helped me was Nika. She really tried to help me but it was already too close to my deadline date. This company has great reviews but in actuality, their not great at all. 2 customer service reps are rude and hung up on me on the phone. They'll promise you everything you want to hear but they don't follow through. When I wrote my first review, but they asked me to take it out in exchange in getting me a driver asap, but nothing happened. So, because of this, i canceled with them and put a stop payment on my credit card.
