No different from any other transport. They pitched having a bonded drivers ready. When I called to confirm pick up they couldn't find any drivers and blamed the holidays. I also was on hold for about 30 mins on the 29th.....To your response Keith, I was told by your customer service Andrew that you had drivers ready. I was mislead with the flex purchased plan, didn't even know about it until I called to confirm a driver.

Andrew when this order was placed, you paid for a flex order which was told to you that it may be longer then a normal 3 day window!!! We are happy to see your car was picked up and delivered in great condition Happy Holidays *wink *wink !
