When my cousin called to arrange the shipment, he was told Auto Transport 123 does not contract out, they own the trucks. That is not true, Auto Transport 123 contracted out to a guy named David. David did nothing wrong at all, he was polite and very professional. My issue with Auto Transport 123 is that they lied about contracting out. They also informed me that if I fill this out, they get a bonus, nothing wrong with that, just an FYI. I mention this not because they offered me an incentive, but, they are being giving an incentive. Just think about that.
