There was a small problem in the beginning. With Bobby"s help it was quickly resolved. Driver was friendly and was able to get the motorcycle with no problem. Driver took his time and went slow so he would not damage anything. Vehicle was dirty on arrival, but I consider that normal due to open carrier and bikes are hard to wash.
