                        Bill sorry for any issues.  The carrier assigned for your order has a mechanical issue and strung us along as well.  While we do not enjoy trucking issues they do happen.  We feel bad that you were a return customer who had to deal with this.  We have therefore refunded any fees to your account and offer a public apology for this mis service on our part.  While all customers are important to us, our return customers are THE most important.  Sorry Bill and happy trails!
