The transport driver went above and beyond to get the vehicle out of the backyard and did his best to get the vehicle here to me by the promise. The only complaint I have is he rolled down the driver front window down and the window wouldn't go back up and he did nothing to try to mitigate the issue while he was in good weather conditions. He got caught in bad/inclement weather and my driver seat was soaked. When the driver did arrive at my home with the truck he unloaded the vehicle in the middle of the street knowing that the truck didn't run and had no power steering and left me in the street. I was hoping he would've gotten me a little closer to the sidewalk than what he did. Overall I was pleased with services provided considering the circumstances.
