                        This customer can't even spell signed correctly.  This review is belligerent and untrue.  It states right in the review he was refunded his $100.  That's even after he called us demanding a driver on his first day of contract. We initially billed him the $100 to cancel his order. We have never 100% guaranteed the pick up of  any car anywhere and we absolutely would not for a order going to Bay City MI in the middle of the winter.. Just because of our outstanding reputation we will not be forced into windows we did not offer because a customer say's I'll write a bad review if you do not do this. Sorry Dean
