Never in my wildest dreams did I think transporting a vehicle could be so easy! One call to Ben and we never had one issue, concern, or mishap, or worry. Ben just took care of us.

Logistically I thought it would be a nightmare since I, the vehicle owner, am in California, the car was in Tennessee with my elderly mother-in-law being transported to my Father in Maryland. Ben answered all my questions, was always readily available and was unbelievably nice.

My Dad received the car in MD and his edict is: "Make note of this transport company, they are the best I have ever seen and for now on this is the go to company for the entire family, pass the word." When my father, Deputy Chief of Defense Protective Services at the Pentagon speaks, we listen. I could not agree with him more.

Because of Ben my Niece is headed off to college in her very own car that arrived on time and in one piece. Because of Ben my family now has a go to transport company that we can depend on and trust.

Janine was also very instrumental in giving us a comfort level. She is the epitome of customer service.

Steve McDaniel, the driver was super sweet to my Mom-in-law in TN and my father was just thrilled at how nice and professional he was.

Thanks to and because of Ben’s leadership, logistical coordination, follow-up and communication, and the awesome team he has working with him, AutoTransport123 has just acquired customers from within our family which spans 7 states.
