After 3 weeks, I received one carrier offer for 50% more than the initial quote. When I asked why this was happening--I had agreed to a price I thought and the company claims not lure in customers with a low price and then turn around with higher offers--the assistant general manager retaliated by placing my order on hold without my knowledge or consent, further delaying the actual service ordered. Disappointed to say the least.
