I can't believe this Bussiness has an A rating. I had a horrible experience with this company. They are liars and scammers. My broker JIMMY REYES was very responsive in the beginning. Once I booked with him he ghosted me. I couldn't get in touch with him and he never again responded to me. I was supposed to have a driver assigned to me 5 days before my date. I got zero response from the company. They only responded when I threatened them with a bad review. Another agent responded to me and told me a driver was available but it would cost hundreds of dollars more. JIMMY REYES told me the price was guaranteed and would not increase. I have all of this in writing, they are simply liars. Don't trust this company. Disgusting business practices.
