I worked with Gretchen since Jan 2025 and just got my car delivered June 2025. Not due to Auto Shipping Group, but due to family emergencies during this time. Gretchen was very patient with us during this time and stayed in contact checking weekly. Gretchen was amazing, a bit frustrated at times but we made it through and my car was delivered. I would've given 5 stars but the price went up, during this time period, after my deposit was already paid. All in all they did a wonderful job. Thank you Gretchen!
