I am sorry that you are not satisfied with the service you were provided. The order was placed on the 13th of April, picked up the 15th and delivered 5 days later. The rep has stated that there was slight tire damage which if you look on the inspection report is typically not covered by insurance. As far as us doing what is noted in our terms and conditions everything was done. The vehicle was picked up in the appropriate time frame, for the estimate provided. This sounds like an issue with the carrier not with Auto Shipping Group.
