Shipping was right on time. Guy did his job. Got a car at an auction site unseen. He took initiative in retrieving. Only critique would be their communication. There was a local Denver branch that I called. But then I would get emails from a national chain. Then I would get texts from random people. In this eta of scams if they could do a better job of branding to instill more confidence through the process.
