Used the services to transport my car. It wasn't running.
Communication and communication - I would like it to be more prompt. When you make a request over the phone, you are assigned a manager, and then you only have to deal with him. If the manager is not available, no one else will help you. Communication via messages - I would like it to be more versatile. The timing was delayed, due to weather conditions.
But probably the biggest plus which overrides all the "minuses" - the car was brought without visible damage, unloaded very carefully, which is very impressive. For this thank you very much
