Kim was a true professional in organizing the transport of my car. I gave her a possible plan B/change in drop off of my car and she was willing to put it out there. We discussed the date and cut-off time for returning to the original plan and this was helpful to give me context. Also, when a bid came through for plan B, she explained the reasons why I should take that bid including timing, weather and mountain passes. It was very informative to have her expertise and input. I was grateful for her professionalism, efficiency and honesty.
