First off, and I had to ask, his first name is pronounced "Tie", as in what men wear around their necks when wearing a suit. I was referred to him by another who has used Tige for years to ship his vehicles. Could not have been more pleased. Tige was very friendly and fun to talk with. Very communicative and kept me informed of everything. This was my first time shipping a vehicle long distance (as in across the country) that I had purchased online and he answered my many questions and calmed my fears regardless of the time or day of the week. When both the seller and I were ready to ship, my vehicle took a few days to get picked up because of the pickup and dropoff locations. No fault of Tige's...it all depends on when and where drivers are heading. The price was much better than another quote I had received. Would definitely call on him again in the future.
