Andrew our broker was exceptional. Attentive and assisted when the Tech transport did not keep in touch with us. So ASG brokers are great . Tech Transport LLC has a few communication problems . We were never given the schedule for pick up and upon calling the 2 numbers we were given one was not set up for email or voicemail . When we called the other the mailbox was full . They need to work on that . Our pick up person was very nice but he did not speak or understand English at all so we talk through a translation link through our phone . I had to get in touch with our driver for delivery and had to check four times . He was very nice when he came and efficient getting our car off the truck . Our car was in good shape as well . We would have given five stars if it hadn’t been for the communication problems . Thank you Andrew again for being so attentive and answering us every time we texted or called almost immediately .
