I had a classic vehicle inherited from my father. Needed extra special care. The customer service and the process to secure a reservation was easy, professional and everything I was promised came through for me. At the last minute, the car broke down before my move had been finalized. My rep did not panic and found a carrier that had the ability to winch the vehicle and the carrier took every precaution and did a wonderful job. Could not be more pleased with the service.
