We were transporting a very large/heavy vehicle with specific times for pickup and delivery and Kim worked with us to make that happen. She kept us informed as things were taking place and stayed on top of making sure that the pickup and delivery were done to our satisfaction. They found a wonderful carrier to haul it and I highly recommend them if you need to ship a vehicle!
