I used their services last year for moving my car from CA to WI. Representative was kind and very accommodating. Car arrived on the time we agreed on. However, something happened during car shipping. After car arrived, I noticed an oil spot under the car wherever I park. Took it to mechanic shop to find out part of the engine was broken, which required a whole replacement of the engine. Cost is ~ $9,000!! I had to start adding oil to the engine whenever it got low. Ended up sick of it and nobody wanted to buy it when I offered it for sale except the junk yard. Lost so much $$ and it is not the best time for car purchasing rn.
Another issue, driver stole my license plate and I got tolls bills by mail. Contacted tollway company to complained and resolved it.
