Kim has been a pleasure to work with, we ran into a few issues and it was a long drawn out process (not on ASG’s part) due to my vehicle being modified and poor communication with the original shipper. Kim as well as Felicia, were a tremendous help especially with the amount of calls and communication involving the shipper, transporter and shop that had to evaluate my car. Communication was exceptional, I was constantly updated and it gave me peace of mind knowing what was going on while I was busy working. Their services were well worth it and I would do it all over again!
