The reservation process was easy and the dispatcher was professional and friendly. Received information immediately via email and they were quick to respond by email and text. The local transportation company was excellent. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I had expected them to move all vehicles in one trip, but they had to make two trips because the trailer was not long enough. Despite this they were accommodating and did not increase the price.

I'm sorry the carrier had to make a few trips to move your 4 units.. but it is better to be safe with the vehicles then try to push the limits. At least it was from DC to VA so only about 90 miles.. I am just glad we were able to get these moved for you on the requested dates. If there is anything else I can do for you please let me know.
