Russel offered me a fair balance between a low price and high chance of a driver taking the car. When there was a delay in the need to move the car (which Russel was very patient and understanding about), he re-evaluated driver uptake and actually proposed a lower price than previously. A driver took the bid within a few days which was great. Honest and fair - great experience.
