I had an amazing experience with Auto Shipping Group. From the first call, the rep I worked with -- Andrew -- he was amazing. He was very patient and thorough. He took the time to explain everything to me and answer my questions. Even after things were confirmed, he stayed in contact throughout the entire process, sending regular updates via text. This was my first time transporting a vehicle, especially now when things are so up in the air, and I really appreciated Andrew's thoroughness. The pickup and drop off took place smoothly; and I had no issues with the carrier. I can't recommend Andrew and Auto Shipping Group enough. He's kind, professional and knows his stuff. I would definitely reuse his services!
