First of all, I'd just like to say that I haven't had a more responsive, helpful, responsible and delightful customer service interaction as I've experienced with Heidi, and I've had quite a few good experiences to draw from in the past when making this statement! I'm sure everyone's needs and experiences for each transaction will be unique and potentially challenging in varying ways, and that's where you want someone like Heidi by your side when arranging/brokering for an auto transportation provider! In my books, she went way above and beyond to help me out with issues I was having with the out-of-state dealership I was purchasing my vehicle from, and I couldn't be more grateful for her help to accommodate multiple pick-up schedule changes brought about by the dealership. I have nothing but positive adjectives to describe Heidi's core values when working with her customers. So please! Do yourself a favor, ask for Heidi Schulze (360-214-3671) for all your auto transport needs
