Lance was extremely courteous, professional, and helpful through what was otherwise a stressful shipment of my vehicle. I had never purchased a vehicle without having viewed it beforehand. Likewise, I had no experience in shipping a vehicle. Lance put all of my concerns at ease, and he remained in contact with me at all times. Hopefully I won’t need to ship another vehicle, but if I do I’ll absolutely contact Lance again.
