I have shipped my vehicles between Florida/Texas and Wisconsin about 10 times. Honestly, none of these are ever perfect but I can say at least 50% were very problamatic. I was very impressed working with Kimberley and ASG,. In particular Kimberley was professional, knowledgeable and available. The carrier she found was great in that I had the number of the dispatcher who could determine the location and timing of the vehicle within 5 minutes. If you have shipped before you know how important this is. With many brokers and carriers your car goes into a black hole once you hand over the keys. With this business you have to one willing to accept changes in schedule due to weather and traffic but being able to contact a real person is very important. I will use ASG again.
