After getting bombarded with quotes from other companies to ship my motorcycle, I was lucky enough to get a call from Crystal at auto shipping group. Immediately I could tell her customer service was top notch. Not only was she very thorough in explaining every step of the process to me, but she didn’t come off as a pushy salesman looking to get my money, she also spoke to me like a good friend would and made the whole situation a lot more relaxing and pleasant. She always kept me updated and in the loop with what was happening. One of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time, and I really appreciate Crystal for all of her hard work. I will most certainly call her next time I have to ship a vehicle and I won’t hesitate to recommend her and her company to others. Thanks Crystal!
