Wow--nothing but great things to say about working with Malia at Auto Shipping Group. I had to ship my car from New York to Seattle and only had a few days left before my move, and was very stressed out. I was contacted by what felt like dozens of shipping brokers offering their services, most of which were unreliable--first offering one price, then drastically increasing it once they "had a carrier available". Then I got a a call from Malia at Auto Shipping Group. She was by far the most communicative, transparent broker I spoke with. She was the only person to even explain how the auto shipping business worked in terms of fee to carriers, fee to brokers, how things get booked, etc. In just a couple days, Malia was able to get my car booked with a carrier for the price she indicated. She was even able to arrange for my car to be stored nearby in New Jersey until it was picked up by the carrier--which was not only incredibly convenient, but saved me money as it is more expensive to have cars picked up in Manhattan. The car was picked up on time and arrived at my door in Seattle exactly in the time window I was told. I honestly don't think I've had that experience with any mover/shipper in my life. I'm not sure if I'll ever need to ship a car again, but if I do I would 100% use Auto Shipping Group again. Thank you Malia!
