We used Malia to set up the shipment of our vehicle from San Antonio, TX to Little Rock, AR. She was very personable and professional. She followed up with emails and phone calls to make sure the whole process was clear and timely. The vehicle was picked up on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. The driver was responsive. Overall, great experience and would definitely use Malia again!
