Fantastic representative. We had to ship a car in short period from Orlando to Albuquerque. I got an e-mail from Crystal indicating she could get it done at around 1050. I was surprised because I had a lot of quotes of around 1300-1500, and one group I was contemplating was requesting 1700-1950. At that point I was questioning whether or not it would work out, but she was able to find a carrier who got my car to Albuquerque safely. I appreciated Crystal being available and making time to ensure I could speak about my requirements for the car and such. Would recommend using their services again.
