I needed my vehicle to be picked up and shipped within giving less than 24hrs notice to Auto Shipping Group. Leeann was my contact and did an AMAZING job to ensure the timeline was met. My car was actually delivered a day earlier than I need. She warned me upfront that pricing for expedited shipping was more expensive; she gave me the maximum quote rate to make sure I was okay with the potential for how much it would cost. I appreciated her transparency and being so upfront and not having to worry about a bait and switch. She was available 24/7 and responded immediately to any questions and concerns I had. I was very stressed going into the process and Leeann helped alleviate much of that! She was very easy to talk to and went above and beyond to assist me! I was so so happy with the process. Thank you for your help and such an excellent experience! I’d recommend Leeann to anyone who needs help with shipping their vehicle!
