Amazing experience. As good as it gets to be honest. This is the 2nd time I ship through ASG and I requested Heidi both times. Very professional and super communication! We were going on vacation so we had a little window for pick up but Heidi came through. We called on a Thu, transport picked up on Sat & car was delivered on Monday! Zero hiccups or problems. I highly recommend requesting to work w/ Heidi in particular if you want a headache free experience.
