I had never used a transport company prior this year and I did a lot of searching and learning in the process to find not just a reasonable, but reliable transportation for my new Honda VFR. Malia was not only very helpful, she was patient with my questions, with easy to understand (layman terms for this newbie) explanations and I was able to converse with her doing the whole process. Felt like I had a friend on the other end helping me. She was great to offer an overall education on the transport industry and was always quick to return my calls. I would most definitely use Malia again in the future and highly recommend her if you are looking for a smart, upfront, reliable and trustworthy agent.!!!
