Heidi is the most reliable broker I've encountered in years. Pleasant, considerate of your time. She clearly takes her role seriously, and genuinely advocated for the best outcome (both price- and time-wise) for our long-distance move. What helped the most was her transparency in communication, not to mention regular follow-ups along the way. We felt comfortable enough where we could focus on moving the house, as it really felt like she was the one moving our SUV. Can't say enough good things about her.
