Auto Transport companies are sketchy...at best. Dealing with any of the "highly" rated companies you find online will leave you very concerned, and the experience (I've had a few) leaves a lot to be desired. I contacted Auto Shipping Group on a whim and spoke to a Ms. Kimberly Gade. She was very professional on the phone and explained what I needed to do in order to get my truck from Boise to San Diego. She contacted that day with an auto carrier ready to accept the order; I proceeded with the order. The driver showed up in Boise when they said they would and dropped off the vehicle within the window given. I wish I could say that's why I'm leaving a 5 star review but it's not. The follow up between Kimberly and the auto carrier was exceptional!!! I never questioned the process or if my vehicle was actually going to make it to the destination...They were always in contact with me and everything went as planned. I'm totally blown away at how easy this process was. Thank you ASG and Kimberly more specifically. Solid work.
