My Transport Specialist, Michael Rhine @ 360-512-3754, was incredible!! I was so paranoid and unsure of whom we could trust. My husband had been doing some research, which included contacting Auto Shipping Group. This was months before we were ready, or even knew for sure when we were going to be ready. Michael would occasionally contact us to see if he could be of assistance - never pressuring the issue. I then did some searching myself. After check the BBB and a few other sites I was convinced AIG was on the up and up, but still a very nervous customer. Michael was always patient to answer all my questions, no matter how often or how neurotic. :) He was very, very personable and professional. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we ready all at once, without any real notice. Michael went above and beyond to make sure our vehicles were picked up on time and shipped out to meet our deadlines. Obviously, I highly recommend his services!
