Recently, I moved my car from CA to DC. I dealt with Michael. He was reasonably good. He returned calls even if they are not very quick. and he was pleasant on the phone. But here are the issues I had. My charge went up by $100 when the driver called to pick up the car. That was a surprise and Michael said the increase was due to the driver asking for $100 more and the increase was on the invoice he sent in an email. I wish he called me alerting me that there was an increase and if I wanted to still ship the car. Secondly, the driver (Levan/Leo) didn't pick up the car from my home nor he dropped it at the destination address. He asked me to drive it to a nearby state highway in the Bay Area (Hwy 24) where he was waiting and he asked us to pick up the car from a near by highway in Bethesda, MD. The driver also said he wouldn't accept money transfer with zelle or venmo. He wanted cash or pay with Cash App. And he was screaming that we were wasting his time (while we were setting up the app). I would avoid this driver at any cost. Not the best experience you would expect.
