ASG (Kimberly was our agent) made the process of shipping our car from Colorado to Hawaii relatively seamless. Kimberly was very responsive and answered my endless questions with ease. The procedures and schedule were, for the most part, explained well, and the pick up and delivery were on time. We had a slight mixup with the payment procedures, and I felt that those terms could have been explained better. But overall, I was happy with the results and would recommend ASG to others.
