Malia did an excellent job of coordinating and providing information. The car was transported from Arizona to Washington state and arrived safely with no damage. My only complaint is that it was picked up two days late and he woke my neighbor at 9 o’clock at night to get the keys and then proceeded to load in the dark. Overall however I was happy with the service as time is not a factor for me
