Shawn this is patently false. You booked the order online on 11/19 in the evening & cancelled on the 22nd after the 2nd update we provided. You failed to mention u were already double booked on the national freight board. Regardless we still came through. Our dispatch had 2 carriers in your 3 day pick up window. In the last update u didn’t have the budget. We sent a driver out the auction & Both suv’s were non running Inoperable vehicles. Winching a vehicle is more $ especially when each suv weighs 6k lbs. Hummer H2’s. Then a snow storm in the pick up area. U text u have a connection locally & to cancel the dispatch. The brokers u hired before us only has a 3 star rating. ASG is 5 star rated & provided 2 carriers in your narrow window. Plus we didn’t charge u a nickel for the work we did. I should charge u a dry run fee after reading this wasting our time.
