Spoke to Lance on 10/7/19 for a quote and asked for a date and time , was told ( and I have a copy of email ) that he couldn’t guarantee me a date and time , however he could guarantee me a price ( between 400-450 ) he didn’t get anyone to transport till the day I wanted it 10/14/19 . And I was told it would be 400 to transport company and 100 to lance at auto shipping group ( that’s 500 in my book ) I told him Due to his guarantee email , he would have to eat 50.00 . He told me no one is perfect , he isn’t God , and he didn’t know he was dealing with a perfect person on the other end . He actually sold me his companies services by saying The Rest of the transport companies quote you one price and then charge you more . Exactly what this guy did . I would never use them again . As far as transport companies in the east don’t call a broker that is in the state of washington , call wind transportation out of Westhampton Ny , he is the one to deal with direct . Lance and his company lied and is not to be trusted .

Kevin, Thank you for your input, However like I mentioned in my email to you I said that nothing is guaranteed in our industry. Like most people, you only hear what you want to hear and see. I apologize for you inconvenience
