As a military member, Heidi made my first car shipping experience a positive experience overall. She found me the best affordable shipping carrier fr my 2005 Toyota Tacoma given the short amount of time to get my car shipped from Virginia to Texas. I researched a lot of other companies and Auto Shipping Group had the highest reviews and it is because of people like Heidi, who i could clearly tell loves her job because she had a blend of experience as well as passion for her job. Alice was also a big help as she was still learning when she was helping me but she made me feel that I wasn't just another customer and it felt great knowing that we were both learning this experience together. I would highly recommend Auto Shipping Group because of excellent customer service from people like Heidi and Alice, who are an excellent example of what superb customer service should look like. I will recommend Auto Shipping Group services to all service members and when I have to ship my car again for my next military move I will use Auto Shipping Group and request for Heidi and Alice specifically because of their lasting impression that they left on me and my family. Thank you again Heidi and Alice!
