I spoke with you on 5/17 and 6/10 and 6/17 and 6/18 as we go closer to your ship time, so I was in communication with you. We looked at changing locations to try to get faster results. I then went on my planned vacation and had Heidi assist me with my orders, she was able to find a carrier while I was away.. I was on day 2 of vacation when she and dispatch were able to find something that worked for you. Again I am sorry it was cut so close and you though of putting it in storage, but I promise we did everything we could to find something as quickly as we could.
