Heidi provided me the best service second time in a row. She helped me to ship my car from Los Angeles to Huntsville, Alabama back and forth. I know that every business owner takes care of the customer routinely; however, Heidi took care of my car shipping by running extra mile. She worked on my request promptly, brought me the carrier immediately, the price that she brought me was much lesser than the competitive price. She handled the paperwork promptly and smoothly. She chose the best carrier who delivered my car sooner than I thought. To sum up, I'll say that Heidi rendered me courteous, reliable, prompt, great service. Heidi earned my "five-star" rating.
